Accomplishments
The Owner/Director of America’s Little Leaders Academy, a preschool for children from birth to 5 years old.
Served as an Elementary and Middle School teacher from 1993 to 2002
School Administrator from 2002 to 2012.
Served as Department Head, Team Leader from 1995 to 2002.
Founded the Leadership Intern Training Executives (L.I.T.E) program to facilitate professional development targets for teachers training to become school site administrators.
Spearheaded the Leadership Development Academy of assistant principals.
Inaugural Assistant Principal of Andover Middle School for Miami-Dade Public Schools.
